Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of placement. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Rates
Standard shipping within the United States is a flat $6.95. Orders over $75 ship free. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Please allow 10-21 business days for international delivery.
Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in their original condition. To initiate a return, contact us with your order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the return.
Exchanges
Need a different size? We offer free exchanges on unworn items within 30 days. Contact us to start an exchange and we'll send a replacement once we receive your return.
Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, contact us immediately with photos and your order number. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and send a replacement at no cost.
